Using the best 3D design and analysis tools, BurkeBuilt's engineering staff in collaboration with our clients will refine the conceptual designs developed into fully functional 3D models. These 3D models allow complete design verification to occur in a 3D virtual world before any “chips are cut” or “tubes are welded”.

Using our Cim Core Stinger Coordinate Measurement Machine, we can digitize any features or surfaces to incredible accuracies.

We find this tool particularly useful when developing exterior and interior aftermarket parts for vehicles that each year have more and more complex shapes. This tool also allows us to characterize the mating surfaces, bolt hole locations, inlet and exhaust opening profiles, and free space areas in an application.

With this digital data in hand we can design parts to fit your application and perform correctly so they do not interfere with other local components.
